  • WARM UP
    • 50 Single Leg Deadlifts
    • 50 Walking Lunges
       
  • WORKOUT
    • 500m Row
    • 50 Front/Goblet Squats
    • 400m Row
    • 40 Dumbbell Deadlifts
    • 300m Row
    • 30 Hip Extensios w/ Barbell
    • 200m Row
    • 20 Push Ups
    • 100m Row
    • 10 Burpees
       
  • MAX TIME
    • 20 Minutes
       
  • SET UP TIP: Bring Dumbbells and Barbells to the rower for quick access!
