My Fitness is all about Power.
What are/were your health goals?
When I was younger, my "health" goals were entirely based on how I looked, but as cliche as it may sound, they are now about how I feel - strength is now my number one goal. I want to be a role model to my son in that I want him to associate fitness with a healthy lifestyle and personal strength, not aesthetic.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Recently, my fitness is all about power and that feeling of breaking a sweat is simply euphoric. When I know I've put in a solid effort, I feel proud and strong, especially when I'm sore the next day - that's the best!
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
I am most proud that I have made fitness a priority following my son's birth and that I didn't let my fear/nerves intimidate me. Honestly, it's that I feel physically and mentally stronger everyday.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Do it! Don't be intimated. Morgan will take care of you!
