I am proud of the simple things.
What are/were your health goals?
My goals when I started this journey were to lose my baby weight, and retrain and strengthen my muscles especially my pelvic Floor.
What has fitness done for your well being?
I have always been pretty active but I never actually set time aside to work out. Joining Morgan Kate fitness has been the best decision I could have make for myself. I feel good, I have more energy and most importantly I make sure I take time during the day for myself. As a mother it's so easy to put yourself aside and give all your time and energy to your family.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
I am very proud of the simple things. I am proud of losing my baby weight as fast I have in a healthy way. I am also proud at how far my body has come along from the first few sessions. Something that seemed so simple prior to pregnancy such as a squat or a bridge seemed impossible post pregnancy. Being able to do these exercises properly without having to adjust my body each time is something to be proud of. This journey has really opened my eyes to the trauma our bodies go through and just how amazing they are.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Take the first step and join and take it one goal at a time :)
