I wanted to be healthy. (Body and mind)
What has fitness done for your well being?
It has given me self confidence and calmed my mind.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
I have never stuck to a program but I have now for about 2 months.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Throw out you scale and stick to it. It's not easy at first but it gets easier.
