Continuing to do things I love.
What are/were your health goals?
To feel good about myself and to always keep my body moving. I've been doing triathlons most of my life and I would love to continue to do so.
What has fitness done for your well being?
It keeps me sane most of the time, helps me sleep better and helps my aches and pains. I lost my fiancé and partner of 11 years to cancer in February, so being active helps me to honor his memory since he can't be here today.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
Continuing to do the things I love and to make time to keep my body moving
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Of course it's going to hurt and be hard at first, but that's only temporary. It's knowing and accepting that fact that will help you stick with it, that and an awesome community of support
