What are/were your health goals?
Ideally to look good, but feel good as well. But overall have a healthy mindset and relationship with nutrition and fitness.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Fitness gives me balance. It releases my negative energy into a physical transition and makes me feel peace as well of being in the moment.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
The proudest accomplishment would be consistency and pushing myself even beyond my ideals of my achievements. I am a lot stronger and braver than i possibly could imagine.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Honestly, this is one of the best journeys you can take in order for your own self improvement. It's fitness and nutrition but there is so much more to it with self discovery. YOU GOT THIS!
