It was time to stop letting stress and negative habits control my lifestyle.
What are/were your health goals?
My goals were to stop allowing my negative habits or stress to control my lifestyle goals. For the longest time I negated myself through eating when faced with stress and low points in my life. Through monthly goal making I have been able to overcome a chunk of those obstacles and achieve mini milestones for overall mind and body transformations.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Fitness has provided me with an outlet as well as a reason to sometimes get up in the morning. In the Studio I constantly battle against myself and set the bar high for what I know I can achieve no matter what. SWEAT HAPPENS! Right Morgan ;)
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
My biggest accomplishment in this latter part of my journey especially since joining Morgan Kate Fitness Studio is losing over 35 inches in about 7 months without starvation and killing myself at the gym. I am able to go two to three times a week and never skip a beat!
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Never say never! Anything is possible when you have support in a healthy environment. Morgan Kate Fitness, provides women with a safe place to express oneself and not worry about body image. There are no mirrors to compare yourself to others and in the studio it is just you against yourself! What fantastic competition! I have accomplished so much and feel like I am now in a greater head space thanks to the support and guidance provided by Morgan! She has become such a positive presence in my life. If you haven't met her yet... you should... she's amazing and the best part is she brings out the best in you and without even realizing it she assists you in feeling your best too!
