I wanted to feel like my old self again.
What are/were your health goals?
I had various health goals, but my main one was to feel like my old self again. I felt fit before children, and wanted that feeling back. I also wanted my form corrected with lifting weights and doing various exercises. Morgan has definitely helped me to do exercises correctly which makes them more effective and harder. Last, I like how my daughter and son see that exercise is a part of our lifestyle and necessary for all members of our family.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Well, what has it not done for my well being? I'm happier and feel better about myself. I'm definitely calmer and in a better mood with exercise. I like how when my husband gets home, I've already had my exercise during the day, so we can focus on the family at night. Happy momma, happy family!
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
My proudest accomplishments have been two things:
1) My muscles hurt in a way that I have not felt in a long time. Having a personal trainer like Morgan, definitely gets you out of your comfort zone and creates a plan that reaches muscles I wouldn't reach if I did it on my own.
2) When my daughter casually says "Mommy, are you going to the gym or exercise?" I love how she is watching me exercise for health.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
This is an amazing program for any woman who just had a baby! Morgan will take your physio therapy assessment seriously and tweak the workout to your body. You will love it!
