My Number One Priority Was To Feel Better...
What are/were your health goals?
My number one priority was to feel better and to be stronger, looking better was just a bonus. As a nurse and a new mom I knew I had to start taking care of my body as it is so important to maintain every aspect of my life now and my future self.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Fitness has allowed me know my mind and body better. It challenges you and pushes you outside of your comfort zone to realize what you are capable of.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
I struggle with inner accountability. I can count on one hand the times I went to the gym in 3 years. Morgan Kate fitness gives me the outer accountability I need to be successful with my fitness goals and over all well being. Successfully working out regularly showed me that I had what it took I just needed a better action plan.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Stop thinking and start doing!
