Fitness has changed my outlook on life...
What are/were your health goals?
My health goals were to change my lifestyle with healthier choices and incorporate exercise in my daily living.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Fitness has changed my outlook on life, I am a more positive person and only have good energy to share daily. I started putting myself first and taking care of my body everyday in every way.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
My proudest accomplishments so far is fulfilling the 16-week transformation challenge and winning! Yay in 16 weeks I lost 22.5 in and 20 lb. I worked hard. I stayed focused and I listen to my trainer. All the hard work and dedication paid off for me and that is a huge accomplishment.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Go for it! I was once that person who said I can't do it, I don't have time and made excuses! But January 8th I got off my ass and started going to the gym at 5:30 a.m. and that with my new lifestyle that I continue to love.
