What are/were your health goals?
To lose weight but also tone at the same time. To start my healthy lifestyle change with a little help from Morgan herself.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Fitness has opened my eyes to a whole new world. From my motivation to my eating habit. To just looking at food as food and not a coping mechanism for my feelings.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
Being able to feel confident in my own skin.
Being able to wear a bikini and feel hot in it.
Simply being happy.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Just do it, put yourself first because a happy you makes everyone around you radiate with happiness.
