No one said it would be easy...
What are/were your health goals?
To get my pre-baby body back and to regain strength in a safe way. My goal is to be active and healthy for my little so that she knows having a active lifestyle is going to better her future.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Fitness has given me the power to regain control of my myself. Let’s face it while pregnant I probably ate one to many cookies and an extra plate of pasta so having a community of professionals has helped me break bad habits and gain good ones.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
Getting off the couch and actually doing something for myself. Getting up at 5:30am for a workout with a baby is so hard but I’m so happy that I made it work because I feel fantastic!
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
No one said it would be easy, they said it would be worth it!
