I feel better than I did before getting pregnant…
What are/were your health goals?
To recover from an emergency c-section. To regain the muscle and strength I lost during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. To lose the baby weight.
What has fitness done for your well being?
I feel better than I did before getting pregnant. I have gotten back my confidence and my strength. After my c section, I was afraid to work out and shocked at how weak I felt. I didn’t see how it was possible to get back to where I was pre-baby. But I’m stronger and I’m better shape than I was, I owe a lot of that to the Mom & Baby program.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
My proudest accomplishment would be losing 55 lbs postpartum. 40 of baby weight and an extra 15 lbs!
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Trust Morgan Kate and her tribe! I don’t know where I would be if it weren’t for Chelsea and Megan. I was so scared to work out, I had no idea how to recover from a c section. I didn’t even know what ab separation was. They worked with my specific needs to help me recover in the safest way possible. Chelsea pushes you out of your comfort zone so you can keep progressing but it is always done in a safe way. I recommend this studio to every woman I know.
