What are/were your health goals?
To feel strong confident and have more energy.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Fitness has helped me focus time on myself. I'm taking better care of me. Fitness is making feel happier healthier and less stressed. It has improved my focus and mental clarity.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
I'm proud, so very proud I'm getting up early while everyone's sleeping. Getting in the car and showing up for session I just didn't think it would be possible but it is. I now know I can and I will .
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
I would say do it just do it!! it is the best gift to give yourself. A healthy balanced active lifestyle is where it is at. Set those goals. You'll get there, don't give up on you. You can do it.
