Being Happy In My Own Skin.
What are/were your health goals?
My health goals are to wake up each morning with more energy and to feel good in my own body. To get back to my pre-pregnancy body and be happy in my own skin.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Thanks to Morgan and her Unleash The Babe Classes, fitness has allowed me to take some time out of my week and focus on me- which is not always easy as a first time mommy! It is helping me understand my body and nutrition and getting me back to feeling like me!
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
My proudest accomplishment is really just getting to the classes each week and pushing myself through each one.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
You need to make the first step, do it for yourself!
