What are/were your health goals?
To regain my strength and body post pregnancy. It was important to me that it was done progressively so that I didn't suffer any set backs from overdoing it.
What has fitness done for your well being?
Feeling fit and working out makes me feel like me! After months dealing with incredible body changes and crazy hormones it was reassuring that i'm still me.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far in your Personal Fitness story?
That I make time for myself consistently and without guilt.
If there was one thing you would tell someone thinking about starting their Transformation Story, what advice would you give them?
Set realistic goals, make a plan and stick to it.
Be proud of the small changes along the journey.
