You will learn how to blend oils for therapeutic benefits, and create three different products: An aromatic spray for either a room or body, a therapeutic bath soak and a therapeutic oil blend for whatever ails you.
This is a 90 minute extensive and focused workshop on how you can start regaining your mobility with Myofascial release. This hands on approach will empower you to aid in your bodies recovery. You will learn how to apply release techniques that can relieve pain and improve your movement.
