You guys have been wanting to see me throw it old school and put on my Group Instructor hat and throw down an old school workout. Nothing shows my growth like connecting with how it all started. I have pulled out the choreography and dusted off the mic.
November 1st I will be hosting exclusive Group Fitness Workouts. I will be in it with you. Coaching and instructing. These sessions will be 45 minutes, including Strength & Endurance, Cardio and Core. Don't be afraid, I will be sweating it out with you. I have already been practicing my moves.
