Lead by the talented Amanda Edridge you'll be sure to get lost in the class and feel the beat. Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Amanda has an undying love for revitalization which she has taken seriously when it comes to the mind, body and her city. Growing up dancing and figure skating, it was natural for Amanda to find her balance stability and inner peace while commuting by TTC with yoga. While living in Toronto, Amanda tried every yoga, pilates and barre studio she could find and worked at a few studios to learn more about movement, inner peace and how to execute what she was learning on the mat into all practices of life. Her home studio is Soul Sessions, where she teaches yoga, POP Pilates and Ballet Booty. Her playlists are always different from hip hop- indie rock- classic rock- R&B- folk- electronic- lost in space, the list is endless (just no country). She loves to set a mood or theme with music to her classes to bring more of an experience. This girl is bound to brighten up your day!
