This hands on approach will empower you to aid in your bodies recovery. You will learn how to apply release techniques that can relieve pain and improve your movement. This is not a learn to foam roll session, it it quite the opposite. You will learn how to properly pin and apply pressure to key areas in the body that habitually effect most people. We will execute different surface pressure to provide you with the most beneficial release for you body and it unique needs. You will leave understand how your body moves and why it carries tension. You will be more mindful of your body and it's movement.
What We Will Cover:
- Daily Function of Piriformis, Gluteus Maximum and Medius, IT Band, Adductors, Rectus Femoris, Pectoralis Major, Serratus Anterior, Levator, Rhomboids and Latissimus Dorsi.
- The Effects of Lower and Upper Cross Syndrome.
- Why Stretching may not be working?
- The Understanding of Triggers and Referrals when it comes to pain.
- Myofascial Release Techniques.
Each participant will receive a lacrosse ball and PVC pipe to apply the practice at home.
